If smoothies aren't making you full try adding healthy fats to it. Nuts, seeds or avocado work well. My personal favourite fats to add to smoothies are chia seeds and almonds. Instead of adding water as the liquid in your smoothie add a plant-based milk. Try adding one extra banana into it too, or some regular oats. Buy a large mason jar and pour your smoothies into it and drink it with a thick straw. My last tip is to add some sort of powder into your smoothie, like ground flaxseeds, green powder or protein powder. I hope this helps.

Shaky, grumpy, and so hangry. I much prefer savory foods, proteins and fats.

Liv, you need to try a vegan brazilian recipe. In translation, it's like "little hidden" (escondidinho). You put a layer of mashed potatoes, a layer of filling (mushrooms, or vegetables), another layer of mashed potatoes and cheese on the top (vegan cheese). Put in the oven until the cheese is melted and enjoy the escondidinho!

i liked the cashew spread and the chickpea scramble i want to try them out. really impressed the cashew spread looked awesome and no oil. tho unheated olive oil would totally work too.i am gluten free so none of the other optuons were available. the avocado always sounds good too

Liv B Yes! All you do is add equal parts water and whatever spices you like. It's recommended you use black salt because it mimics the taste of eggs 😊
