I trust your reviews guys. Please review more shoes. Got rom4s against your recommendation and the regret is bitter. One shoe much tighter than the other. I miss my rom2s so. Now I can't find 2s or antas. The new antas also seem to be narrow POS like rom4. So please review TYRs and maybe velaasa? I just don't trust squatu guy. Seems slimey how he markets the shoes. So I need to hear your opinion.
Don't let them go, man! I tried rom4, LL2, Some chinese ones, Power perfect2 and nothing is as good as the Rom2. The LL2 is amazing but just so ugly to me. So hold on to Rom2 until at least someone makes something just as good.
How are these holding up? I talked to some experienced OL lifters about lifting shoes and they said just don't by any of the new shoes because they will break down within a year, just start scouting ebay etc for newish old adi P and/or rom2. Got these in my basket at workout eu tho, love the look!
@@sikastrength Han Sojin and another Korean female weightlifter wear them (at least sometimes, if not primarily.) Apparently Li Sangyeon also has them in his rotation, though I don't remember seeing him train in them.
I didn’t buy these, I’ did however see that they had some rom 2s in my size.. instantly bought! I joined the party late so wanna see what the hype is about!
NoBull lifter review? That show is so different looking than what's out there so I'm curious to know how they perform. They're just so expensive so I wonder if that price is even worth it.
I had Leistung 2s, the 1s seem like they might be better. Leistung 2s have the same basic fit as Adipowers (insole is an identical part), they have a significantly higher heel which I like, but they messed up everything else. Worst example of curled up toes, you never feel grounded. BOA + laces is a hassle, neither of them do their job particularly well. Main material is a weave type material that flexes too much which is a problem in Adidas which are narrow. I have narrow feet and I constantly felt like I was spilling over the edge of these, it's not as big of a problem in other Adidas with stiffer material. I would only recommend them if they're on a really cheap sale, and you know Adidas fit you well.
Unless you can find the 16 rio that just has the boa and no laces they are not that good. The laced ones are all way too soft in the upper. Leistungs in general are strange shoes. I find if you get your body in the correct groove, the weights rocket up, but if you are even the slightest bit forward you get thrown forward because they are so flexible up front and the rake angle is so aggressive. Other shoes I have tried over the years with an inch effective heel didn't really do that to me as they didn't have such an aggressive drop off but the leistungs are like a cliff. They have tremendous grip and are very laterally stable for how generally light they are. The people who say the boa system alone doesn't get tight enough idk what to say. You pop them on, do up the boa, walk around or do a few sets, let your feet settle, give them a few more clicks and they hold.
@@getstrongby4038 The statement “they are all” doesn’t really apply to anything. To posit that companies like Nike and Reebok are not exact in their engineering specifications is certainly a bold statement. What do you base this on? Feelings aren’t going to really work here. Different athletes ABSOLUTELY have many preferences involving the shoes and heel height is way up there in importance. But it “doesn’t make any difference”??
@@mattpeters6224 you make a lot of assumptions Show me where nike, adidas or reebok has ever actually stated the accurate heel height to the mm? They don't, it's always resellers making an estimated guess And i base it on owning romaleo 2/4, adipower 1/2, legacy lifter 2 etc, these are all supposedly a few mm difference but all under the "3/4 inch" category. Heel height differences between those is negligible. The only wah it makes a noticeable difference is if its half inch vs 3/4, not tiny differences between the 3/4 pairs

@@rustyshackleford8473 Every day the chance of me being able to find another pair of ROM2s becomes smaller.

Thanks for the review. I look forward to trying them out in the future. Still rocking my romaleo 2 from 2015

In soviet Sikastan, shoe review you!
Bro, why u so far away. I like me some good ginger juice close ups.
Jang Yeonhak still wears them. Seo Huiyeop, who has a UA-cam channel, said he simply prefers the Adipowers (1).
Will you guys PLEASE do a review on bars??? I’ve been looking to buy one for months now but haven’t come across the right one!
I’ve heard that you’re required to wear weightlifting shoes in Sikastan, even while showering and f*ckin’
Easy fix for the negatives switch to the squat jerk. It's a perfect fix and that should extend your lifting career too. Like that Chinese lifter.

I thought my feet were getting smaller too but I think the shoe companies made the eu sizing down a half to a full size.
Which is best in your opinion, Legacy 2 or this ones?
Nike has turned into that one guy in jail that failed to join a gang whilst beeing mouthy and harmless. Everyone are stealing their layouts lol.
Then Nike forgot to follow their own design...
that white does look sharp... but rom 2s
Could it be your shoe size gets smaller because your arch gets higher? Or maybe you were heavier before so your foot spread out more?
How come they sponsor the S. Korea team yet none seem to wear them
That's what I'd like to know
