Major difference. Zimbabwe tried to give the working class the land of the bourgeoisie. What's going on here is that the bourgeoisie is trying to kick the working class and minorities out of the truck gardening market by creating subsidies that can give them a competitive advantage so long as they have more capital to invest. In other words, you need money to prove you're not racist in order to get subsidies. Minorities and poor white people can't afford such financial hurdles and will thus be at a competitive disadvantage.

You should also mention the massacre of white farmers in parts of Southern Africa where the local government was complicit in the “native Africans” being allowed to force the farmers off the land. This resulted in record high levels of starvation because the locals had no experience in agriculture whatsoever.

That was more an issue of failed land reform. What's going on here is that members of the bourgeoisie - the ones who's parents abused them instead of illegal immigrant child prostitutes - want more power and money to prop themselves up at the expense of everyone else. Its really just a method by which the bourgeoisie tries to use social injustices to empower themselves at the expense of everyone else. They want special privileges to give themselves a competitive edge in the marketplace. The main objective is to make truck gardening more expensive so that minorities can't afford to get involved and compete. Its also to get subsidies. The gist of it is that they want people to have to 'prove' to be tolerant by making them implement expensive business practices in order to get subsidies or special treatment from the government. For a white middle class bourgeois guy, that's easy since he has wealth in his family and resources which can help him accomplish these requirements. However, for the Hispanic American who just bought an acre of land on the outskirts of town, it will be very difficult for him to be able to implement the same system in order to get the subsidies because that will require capital investment and likely even other hurdles like references or proof of involvement in DEI organizations or whatnot to get the money.

They say - be careful what you wish for. If there was a communist revolution in USA, they new government would have no need for diversity officers and poets, there will be one state owned news agency with 5 poets, and one ministry with 5 diversity officers, however they will be need for farmers and as those previously mentioned groups have no real useful skills, at least they can hold an pickaxe either in fields or mines - its been done before with communists in charge in every single country.
So they may find themselves in the fields sooner than they think. And they better pray that it is not going to be cambodia style fields.

This happened in the past with organic produce. Growing organic fruits and vegetables required a much larger initial investment in order to 'prove' that you were growing organic food on land that didn't have conventional farming 'tainting' it for many years. This created a barrier to keep poorer farmers - especially minority ones - out of the market. Big companies eventually figured out how to do organic farming on a larger scale more competitively which is why this new approach is being used to keep people and companies from being able to compete.

Its not about giving individuals of a given orientation special privileges. Its about giving special privileges to people who can 'prove' that they're tolerant of people of a given orientation. Kind of like how organic farmers couldn't sell organic food unless they 'proved' that their food was organic by paying for certification.
The point is turning privately owned farms into communes where they don't work but still get their fair share.

In the past, it was organic gardening and the certification it required that kept poor people out of the market. However, big businesses soon got involved and made organic farming unprofitable on the small scale. Now, instead of 'certified-organic' farms, they want 'certified-tolerant' farms. The expense for the certification and the ease with which it can be challenged when poor people try to get it will make it a useful hurdle to keep poor people from getting the subsidies.

This idea isn't about helping minorities or marginalized people. Its about giving subsidies or tax breaks to non-marginalized people who can become certified-'tolerant' by the government. That way bourgeois truck farmers can get special privilages that neither poor people nor big businesses can get. They can also keep minorities and marginalized people from competing with them by accusing them of saying intolerant things and thus creating a financial burden due to the need for attorneys to help 'prove' that the person isn't intolerant.

One of the 'barriers to entry' into the farming industry is a willingness to do hard, sometimes 'unpleasant,' work.
How can we get gov regulators in to 'make it fairer' for those that don't want to get up before the sun, milk the cows, wade ankle deep in chicken faeces, clean the stables, or spend hours doing physical labour under the sun.

step 3: independent farmers are now a thing of the past and modern farmers can only survive if they recieve DEI stipends. going against the system (like in germany) can lead to subsidies being pulled away from their businesses and they inevitably drown.
