I don't get why Homestuck just seems to shit on Sollux at any point possible, like giving him very little backstory, not explaining the mage class or doom aspect, etc. He seemed so cool at the start of his introduction and then they just kind of forgot he existed and decided to kill him off... multiple times in quick succession on the meteor.
