Damn... I gotta say this route was very disappointing to me. I don't get why Homestuck just seems to shit on Sollux at any point possible, like giving him very little backstory, not explaining the mage class or doom aspect, etc. He seemed so cool at the start of his introduction and then they just kind of forgot he existed and decided to kill him off... multiple times in quick succession on the meteor.
He's a doom player, makes sense his entire character was doomed to be a narrative tool

when I first got pesterquest (my first interaction with Homestuck, I had heard of it it, but this was my first time going into the fandom) I got to sollux's route, and just his sprites made me hate him for a good while. only after a little while did i manage to actually like sollux. but i'll never play his pesterquest route. i'll just play dirks again then cry
