I would deeply appreciate it if you could upload more strength videos like this, I've been struggling with completing simple tasks due to the lack of strength. I was born with Marfaniod hypermobility syndrome.
Thank you for this. Since finding out that I have hypermobile joints, and learning that my favorite types of exercise all exacerbate my joint pain (or even cause injuries), I have been so lost when it comes to how to start incorporating movement back into my life. I am excited to try this and hopefully be able to work my way back up to the strength building exercises I used to enjoy before injuries got in the way. I used to love lifting weights but after all the pain forcing me into a sedentary lifestyle, I know I need to really center myself in my body and its needs before I can safely return to that kind of movement.
Thank you! Currently working toward a diagnosis, but it’s been a long journey to find out what is going on with my body. Turns out that breaking my wrist ended up being a blessing because more ahah moments came with poor healing and my ortho noticing my hypermobility and instability. Now trying to get a formal diagnosis.
