I'm new joiner, 2 weeks back I joined Accenture,I aligned in a project with is not relevant to my skillset, Aligned project is based on VMware private cloud windows , and my skillset is on Microsoft Azure , AWS public cloud windows administration, I requested with my manager and Toweer lead for help me to get project which is relevant and match with my skillset , I asked my manager he is giving warning like Action can be taken against you, what should I do please help😢

I had completed stream training in September and all my teammates got roll off mails from entry poll project and assigned to bench and getting project calls but i am one person project roll off date got changed September to November and it is showing training to get project i need wait till november

Depends on requirement... Don't worry I've seen candidates on bench for like 6-8 months after training
Like I would suggest they would not pay you for free nor remove you as your a fresher, so just enjoy this time or skill up

Hello i got assigned to growth market bench they said to complete few courses but they are not sharing sheet to mark attendance
There is no sheet to mark attendance, there just time sheet where you need to use your charge code and fill in the time

I have joined Accenture like 20 days back. I was hard-locked to a project. The client interview didn’t go well. Now, the PMO is asking me to take up testing for same client. I have developing experience of 3 years. Will there be an issue if I reject to take up the project? Will I be put on bench ? If moved to bench, how much time will I have to find a project? (Will they remove me from my job?)

Totally depends on luck and requirements few get like immediately, few get after 1,2 months few get after 6 months, but don't worry they will accommodate you very soon...

Yes you can reject only 3 projects... but try not to reject, like if you get a hard lock mail and you reject then only it counts, if not it doesn't count if you reject in normal msg

They will not select you for that particular project if they don't find you fit. You might get other opportunities so be ready

Hi I have 3.5 years of experience and recently joined Accenture, I have a hard lock mail but no one was contacting with me, however I did ping my manager, he said “we do not have any role for you right now, we have shared your profile with other teams”. Now its been 2 weeks , no one has contacted with me. Not sure what to do in this case..

Today I got a shadow hardlock mail but I am not willing to work in that project. In call also they actually asked me to not take other project calls, this is so wrong. They didn't even asked me if I'm okay to work in client office.I said them I'm looking for Pune based project but still didn't care to listen.
I also got call from Pune based project but before that I saw shadow hardlock mail popped. I was in pieces 😭 I want to ask them to release me. Please help me how should I ask them to release me . Whom should I write what should I write that they accept it ... please please help me I'm stressed

For me nothing has changed they don't reply to your ping in teams they completely ignore it. But this was in my case . If you have some good person as ur people lead then u can mail them first and then ping them for a small connect. So my People Lead didn't bother to reply back. U can try from ur side contact poc also if there is no response.

Hii, i give the Accenture ASE exam in April 2022 after clearing all the round they give the mail in holding after that no response till now some of the candidates got the selection/rejection mail in nov 15 bt the other half are still waiting for the mail ...it's been 10 months of waiting bt no response they send

Hi, i have given consent to a project mail. But I don't want in that because after deeper research it's quite different from my training.Can i reject or refuse to take if I'm assigned to this project. I've done SAP Abap and project is of BPM.Or shall i mail them back to revert my consent.

Getting trained in ABAP is a very big advantage would suggest you don't accept any project other than ABAP

See you all can get released but at same time what I've heard is you get a warning mail with a notification that if you get another warning mail then you will be released from the project.
So what I would suggest is looking at current situation please avoid taking a release from a project currently and wait for sometime

See totally depends on your stream and interest ive seen candidates studying for like 8 - 10 hours and candidates studying nothing and clearing assessments

They won't terminate directly they will give you warning if they ask u to come to office go without fail
