One of the best games on SEGA MD! Great soundtrack! Real adventure! Always played for the giant Cragger. My favorite move is the double leg kick to the face!
That spin attack is pretty overpowered to say the least. But pretty cool to see how easy you can cheese your way through this epic game. Its a lot harder when you do not have a dinosaur sidekick to help you! But still excellent Speed run nonetheless! :)
I never played this so, a couple questions: what are the little blue flasks for? (Enabling/strenghtening the water serpent attack?) What are the numbers (mason?) Next the character's portraits? (Near the end: 3 for the furry dude and 2 for the gym guy) and lastly, what are the little red "venus/woman" icons under the characters portraits?

To be fair, Kega Fusion is the most accurate I've used in terms of sound. Or u can get like the million Sega collections out there. The series is usually on it.
According to the magazines at the time, this game has "nothing new" to the gameplay. Look at the amount of mechanics in this tas It's kinda repetitive, and even so they show mechanics that i myself haven't seen in years playing this game. What were they fuggin talking about??
I agree. I had no idea that a combo-attack was even a thing. Then I noticed they would cast the spell together, implying the magic could also be a combo. I'm sure the early reviewers didn't know this.
Nah. The background art was better in GA2, but compared to the GA3 it was sluggish and way too easy. GA3 is the best in series gameplay-wise, only hindered by the lack of cartridge space.

Yeah is like playing the classic Doom with infinite ammo killing everything with the BFG9000.
NGL having infinite ammo with the BFG9000 is extremely fun to play. Though maybe not to watch.

There is this ONE stage that sounds better than Streets of Rage 1.
