Sir, excuse me, but this is the ,I think wrong method for checking files as this method will increase the metal fatigue and will lead to break it and also reduce the sharpeness of file blade, I suggest to examine the files under microscope which is available near our pathological laboratory friend nearby our clinic just go to there and pathologist will help you to see the clear vision of blade of any files,any creck ,wear, and also sharpness of blade of file
Absolutely... this is a complete medieval advice without any scientific basis. So you try breaking outside the tooth and it doesn't break and it goes into the canal already weakened and binds to canal and breaks!!! Is that acceptable? The best way to prevent breakage is single use files. In the whole scheme of things, files esp. hand files don't cost much. If you charge the patient an extra Rs. 200 for their single use files and have a better peace of mind, isn't that better? An average RCT cost is Rs. 2000 to 8000. If anybody is paying that much and if they object to paying another Rs. 200 for disposable files, then its better to not take them on as a patient and save yourself some sleepless nights after file breakage.

System: Separated Instrument Retrieval Using Various-Diameter, Dead-Soft Bonded Tubes". *This might be available online on Denkart or PinkBlue website, in India for under Rs. 18,900.

I’m a dentist in the United States and it sounds like you have some good information but it’s hard to understand you when you speak one sentence in English and one in Hindi you should do two separate videos, one in English and one in Hindi it would be much easier to understand you. @@Zara-ZAF all files should be used only once. That's what we mean by single use files. Files should not be sterilised and then used again.
