Dr Sahab apne bahut achche se kaafi kuch bataya, tension mai kuch kuch samajh aya kuch nahi, but one thing I saw in comments section that you are giving your valued advice in each case individually which is highly appreciated. My blood pressure for the last one month is showing difference BP in both hands like 150 to 180 / 80 to 90 in left hand and 160 to 130/ 70 to 80 in right hand, the gap keeps incresing and sometimes decreasing upto 30 to 10, 20 regular and 10 exception in upper Bp and difference of 10 constant in lower Bp howering between 80 ang 90 in lowwr Bp and 20 to 30 no difference in high bp howering to 150 to 180 /90 in left arm to 125 to 160/80)) in right arm. I take 40 0r 80 Telmisartan depending upon Bp less than 150 and more than 150 and Amlodipine 5 mg Daily regularly with Dytor 5mg which makes some difference and Diplett CV 10(Clopidogrel and Aspirin 75 mg each with 10 mg TOTEWASTATIN and adding 10 mg more sometimes when taken oily food, I am experiencing pain in left Shoulder and bicep when lying down and almost little discomfort but no pain when sitting, I am bedridden due to fracture in Right leg both bones tibia shin bone and other supporting thin bone like febula for the last Seven months. Had two stents done in single vessel in Jan 2017. Please Advice Doctor Sahib I will be highly grateful besides it could prove beneficial for other similar cases
Less chance of heart problem in your case..mostly the symptoms might be related to muscular pain Can get echo and treadmilltest to confirm....take neural vitamin and duloxetine for pain or pregabalin combination with some pain killers if pain is Excessive..meet Orthopedician or physiotherapist if pain worsens
