I wish you would've responded and educated me when I asked what type of toilet is that? A different channel I watch from Vietnam, the lady responded, and I was able to learn it's called an Asian squatting toilet. It's very different from the types of toilet we use in America.

Why not have the roof at one height ? Having a raised centre section makes a lot of unnecessary work for yourself.
