As thigh veins, bones and muscles are involved in the splits process, if you're not flexible it can break your bones or rip your veins causing serious harm. I tried to do this but I twisted my knees and couldn't walk properly for like a week. My advice to y'all is that try doing effective stretch exercises for like a month or so. It clearly depends on your type of body. Some people take about a month, some take less or more. So after doing stretch exercises (you can find easily if you search in UA-cam) for as much time it needs and then try this to get the final result.
