Those Sword and Shield Elite Trainer Boxes used to be $80-$100 but recently they reprinted them so now they are sitting on shelves at so many Walmarts. Not good to resell. Also you’re lucky on those games my Walmart wouldn’t sell me the clearance games because the worker wanted to buy them when he got off his shift and the manager did nothing about it
Glad I passed on those cards then, and that seems ridiculous that the employees wouldn't sell you the games. I don't understand why they think that's okay..

my thing with pokemon is i buy a couple packs everytime i go to either walmart or target. been doing is since 2009 when i was in highschool. i dont open any of them just add them to a huge container in my storage room. some of the earlier packs from the 2010-2012 era are $300-400 a piece now. i paid between $3-5 a piece over the years. i have every set printed from 2009 to today, and most of the art varients.
i would have bought the trainer boxes, he's lucky they were there at all, worst case scenario you sit on them for a while, but at worst, you break even.
I'm just shocked they dont have a one per customer policy! 😠 It's really greedy taking the whole lot, imagine the joy some little kid would get finding one of those games with his pocket money in his pocket and actually being able to afford it! 😔 So many greedy people on this world!

Those are being flooded in all stores for the last month and a half, only sell for about 45 before fees+shipping on tcgplayer and eBay. Good decision passing! You tend to show the 'selling for' pricing on Amazon, but does that also show actual sold comp data? Overwatch may be listed for $35 but does it ACTUALLY sell?!? Also, since you're an accountant it would be interesting to see your strategy for record keeping, with the new tax reporting requirements starting this year.
This guy is FBA seller , so he probably getting the buybox w/out been the lowest price offer on some item, video game is almost like books nowadays, margin are getting smaller and smaller , back in 2012-16 ,I use to be able to offload 10,000 units on holiday season and making 6 figure on net profit, those days are long gone. Retail arbitrage will eventually be phase out on Amazon regardless whether or not you are FBA or FBM, small seller getting run over by wholesaler or manufacturers been selling on Amazon directly, and constantly IP claim with potential account suspension is also a huge risk. This guy is using this side hustle to subsidized his personal finance , if he doing retail arbitrage full time , these volume and margin will most likely not be able to support his life style.

It was filmed months ago around October when these video game deals hit Wal-Mart stores across the nation. My man was super excited about Nioh for PS5 selling for 50 plus bucks at the time. Hope you sold them quick at the time because we all know now that game tanked like a few days later. And now Amazon won't allow anyone to sell 1st party playstation games like Nioh.
Yeah Pokemon is basically being overprinted now... There's a few products if you go back a generation. Anything from this modern era is basically worth MSRP. People might pay more but its just because they think they aren't readily available online. I'd stay away from Pokemon as the bubble has crashed but if you come in contact with Panini sports... IT's typically a home run (outside of a few low tier like Chronicles, Draft Picks, Draft Prizm? amongst other)

Walmart, Target and all the other department stores are resellers. Justin is providing a service very much similar to GameStop. Some people are hunters and some are gatherers in my opinion. If you have ever traded or sold your old game hoping to fetch a high price in order to get that new game, you're a reseller. It's just part of the game. This man is a genius and he is giving out all the knowledge for you to go out and get these games for the ridiculous prices as he does. Plus he doesn't date these videos weeks later like other youtubers do. He gives you a chance to find them yourself. I've learned a great deal from this channel. Just food for thought my friend. If an employee asks if you're a reseller what do you say? What rank do you aim for for video games and DVDs? And what's the lowest priced item you would sell on FBA to still make a profit with fees? I heard around $15 is good 4 lowest priced item but not sure.
Amazon and the shipping company is making more money off you than you when you put a dollar per hour chart in effect. Attack high dollar items and make out good but those come dime a dozen

those ETB's are inflated because scalpers are inflating the money. Those are literally everywhere and do not sell. Do not purchase those blue and red ones. Those tins that you bought, those are absolute gold and a Walmart special so they sell really fast. Majority of the pokemon items are high because everyone wont drop the prices on them, only a few items are really good so just be aware but those tins are solid, I wish I could stumble upon those.
im very knowledgeable on pokemon tcg product. The elite trainer boxes are maybe flippable if you sell them as a set (1 red and 1 blue box). but otherwise, that $100+ number on amazon is not right. Both probably sell for more like $60-75 on amazon and $40-50 elsewhere. That might have been the price for the set, so double check

Weird question, where are you located? And why do you pay tax sometimes, and other times you don't? When you're showing the total rang up, sometimes it shows tax I'm out, and other times it shows $0 for tax

Because they haven't updated the price yet according to the new marked down prices. As to PS5 games, it depends on demand. If demand has been sucking, it's going to be marked down to get rid of it.

My Walmart app wasn't scanning clearance prices. But an employee scans using her scanner and hers worked fine. Never had that issue before.

Them trainer box are very much worth that much some go for 2,000 or 3,000 just depends on what you have you missed a good deal with them
