I found this video after skipping over a couple different videos that didn’t answer my question. I needed the analog adjustment because it was off from my digital time. I found my answer no problem but was so impressed with the no-nonsense and helpful nature of the clip I initially watched I went back and watched the rest of the video. I learned no less than 3 new functions about this watch I didn’t know before. I got this as a work watch and I’m not really a watch guy but if you are into watches this guy has the best approach at explaining settings, adjustments, and functions.

Thanks for the helpful video. All the tutorials showed pressing adjust until "H.Set" comes up but you showed me that it needs to be forward button that is held down. Thanks again.
