Just started listening to them, so I can't quite say that yet. But I'm digging them big time so far, been listening non-stop this week. My albums of the year are either Make Them Suffers new one, or potentially Alpha Wolf or Slaughter to Prevails if they release it this year. I do love Tallahs uniqueness though, definitly no one out there like them.
When I first heard this, it was like listening to the entirety of slipknot's iowa album and their fisrt album for the first time all within 4 minuets. It was the largest rush I have EVER felt from music. And now the pure quality of these vocals just made me experience that AGAIN. Those are the only words capable of coming close to how much I love this song- the whole damn album. I seriously can't wait to hear the rest.
The fact so many people feel the same way really means what these guys have is fucking on point. That Iowa energy was so primal and chaotic and it's super cool for Tallah to be like a modern version of that vibe.
as an (Amatuer) ex vocalist of several bands so amazing you never heard of them, who was surprizingly Okay-ish in my prime, I have no idea how he nails vocals this good in general, let alone while moving like a madman in a one take. Those switches from rap to gutteral lows in one move back and forth should not be doable. This guy is an impossible anomaly that went too far, and I'm fucking here for it.

You guys are great! Don’t let negative people get to you. You are a fresh breath in the heavy scene and you are extremely talented/creative. This is coming from a 36 year old dude who has been in the heavy scene for a long while. People resist change and people doing new things. Thanks for the tunes guys! Look forward to the album!
i love how deep your voice goes, yet when ive heard you talk you are so soft spoken. I also love the bunny ears and how you literally become your songs because of how you get into them. Love the band and i cant wait for future albums.
I'm blown away by these guys every time I hear them. There's a human being in that booth with a world class vocal talent that's brilliantly supplemented by the band and it's something I'll never be able to get my head around. These guys are giant fucking wrecking ball and I love it, all of them.
At 0:45 the way he says "could be the storm of the century" is fucking amazing. I've never heard someone do their vocals like that. Aye fucking plusssss
So youtubes recommended blessed me once again. Having me listen to your "Ghost feet" song for Jared dines contest after years of forgetting about it. And im thankful to the people who commented that you have a band now. Keep up the good work. Underrated artist.
Got Matriphagy in the mail this week and I have already listened to it all the way through 5 times. Absolutely LOVE this album and Placenta is my favorite track. I already can't wait for more music from Tallah! Definitely gonna be rocking my Tallah shirt on some videos on my channel. Thanks for the badass album!
Becoming my new favourite band, Architects seem to be going soft and your vocal ability is top notch! I won't lie though, Loathe and The Contortionist are up there too
I'm an old guy, right, 45.. I found these guy's on a UA-camr reaction channel. They did "we, the sad", which pulled open the door to the album and all the glory that is Tallah. As a Spotify user I listened to Matriphagy over and over again for about 3 weeks, and I am IMPRESSED! I got my son and daughter hooked as well! I've since then purchased a copy of the album and totally look forward to hearing more from you guy's in the (near?) Future. Thank you making metal METAL again 🤘😎🤘
Man every time he goes in on that fucking chorus "no one should read this" it's all I can to keep my self from jumping up and flipping the fucking coffee table over. Fucking energy like this is infectious.
Holy shit man! I found Hungry Lights a couple months back from a Fair to Midland cover, and I just heard these guys and thought to myself, "Huh, that sounds like the Hungry Lights guy". Fucking congrats on getting signed to Earache, man!
Dude i watched all your videos from my smart tv and didnt droped a single like but i consider myself a fan, so i wanted to let you know im droping likes like crazy now... and sry for not doing it, you are one of the best metal vocalist from today to me.
Life has a way of drawing circles... I just realized you're the "Justin" from the Lamb of God vocal cover on the Hungry Covers channel.. I saw it years ago and was like this dude incorporates the way anime characters hide their true strength.. I think you know what I mean..
Justin didn't you say that those bunny ears hurt your head? What a trooper lol This was my favorite song on the EP and it's really cool to see a vocal video now.
Istg if you incorporate some hella intricately syncopated triplet trap like flows into the next I will come to my own house and beat my own ass from the lowkey brutality???
I was just hearing Michael jackson and could the hungry light solo project have some inspiration on it?. By far one of the best covers and those bunny ears made it vey funny jajajaja
Did 2:54 shock the hell out of anyone?! I have never heard vocals like that! And I’ve heard A LOT of different metal vocals. That was like a demonic Donald Duck! Fuckin loved it!
I can't be the only one who's already made up my mind that Matriphagy will be my album of the year.
I'm definitely with you on that one
It damn well better be!
Right here. Gonna be hard to beat it.
I must add Cult of Lilith's Mara in this, but all amazing albums from great people.

Best moves of any vocalist of any band. Fight me.
For example: 0:28
I don't even wanna fight you cuz I agree.
Idk Maynard from Tool is number 1 Justin is 2nd tho lol
Dolores o Riordan would highly disagree, she was on another level of crazy when it came to stage presence
@@austinbateman2724 I guess I can't argue with that lmao
I knew the guy dressed as the Easter bunny in the mall was an angry dude
Dude Justin and Leo should collab😂😂

I love how Justin plays the guitar solo through his body
Is it just me or does this sound even better than the studio version?
