@@EverydaylivingwithMargarita Margarita, I love what you did to the kitchen! If you ever have time, please give a tour of it post Reno. My house was built in 1991, so it looks somewhat similar to yours before the update.

Hi dear, yes, we have been renovating for a hood 6 months and are almost done. Still a few things left with touch ups and a new stove. I’m hoping to film a tour after that is done.

Thank you so much! I love this time with my kids, and I know that circumstances could change and I may not have this time. They grow up so fast, and I just want to soak in every day as much as I can.

Hi dear, thank you for watching. I can make it, not sure if it will be anything different to what’s already out there. I fast for atleast 18 hours. Which means I have about 5-6 hours for eat. Which usually means I have lunch, tea time and dinner.

How/ when did you decide to have your older child do charter school? I’ve been evaluating things here as the new year approaches and am considering charter online for two of my middle school children… mainly because I don’t feel I be the best mom to all 7 of my kids with so much on my plate

After exploring many high school options the last year, I decided I wanted to find something that took care of all the record keeping for high school so I could focus on my younger kids. There were a few Christian, online school options, but I decided to try this one first because A) it is free B) it is local
She has a counselor who sets everything up, keeps track of her grades and trouble shoots all the problems.
He responds to questions and meets with me once a month to discuss her grades and progress.
She is doing great, however it definitely is not as laid back as homeschooling was.
She needs to get a certain amount of work done each day. She needs to retake any exams she didn’t pass, she has a lot more responsibilities now. But that could also be that she is in high school.
I think it’s great for her. She is learning to troubleshoot problems on her own, and managing her time to make sure she is progressing on all 6 of her classes.
We started this as a trial, to see if we like
It. We will definitely continue next year.
But I wouldn’t do this for middle school. We like to work on our own pace and this option is alot more time consuming.

@@EverydaylivingwithMargarita thank u so much for that insight!!! That sounds like an amazing program. I haven’t found anything like that in our area, but I will continue to look. I’m glad you mentioned waiting till high school also. Thank you for sharing! So helpful!!
