@@rajeshsamal3867 pneumobilia ka koi history tha hi nahi ......plus xray main to ek radioopaque shadow in bowel dikhta Hain gall stone ileus mein...that's was not mentioned also...why would anyone say about intestinal obstruction and pneumobilia but leave out the radioopaque shadaw in xray abdomen
FAST wale mein patient stable tha..gcs 15/15 normal tha.. so hum CT ke liye bhej skte hai.. and there was one more question jisme urethral meatus bleeding thi usmein daignostic lapro , suprapubic catheter , foleys and nephrectomy options the .. i think suprapubic is the answer in that.
Gcs was 15/15 but the patient was not hemodynamically stable if I remember correctly so the ans would be fast
