    I am in my early 70s and have been using A313 for several years. I can vouch for its effectiveness as my skin is virtually wrinkle free and firm in texture and very clear skin with no pigmentation issues.

    I believe I have hormone acne, I have tried everything in the sun. Trentinon helps a lot but is extremely drying, even with a lot of moisturizing. Recently just started the A313 from French Pharmacy and over night it made a huge difference with extreme moisture as well.
    If your suffering from hormonal acne, I would definitely try A313

    A313 is an excellent product. My skin is sensitive and dry but I can tolerate it if I use it sparingly, three nights a week. Be sure to purchase the original from France. It lasts ages.

    For all my australian viewers adapalene here is considered to be a perscription drug. So you cannot buy the la Roche posay or differen one here. The reason for this is becuase of our crazy intense sun they want it to be perscription so proper education on sun safety and this product can be given. If you do want to access it without perscription you can buy it online although more expensive! Just some facts for my auzzys

      I’m a fellow Aussie and buy my Tretinoin online via ReliableRXPharmacy - you just skip the part in your account setup that asks for a prescription. It’s very cheap and very reliable. I also buy the Careprost eyelash growth bottles from there too. No issues at all.

    I usually have dry, sensitive and acne prone skin and I am a doctor myself and trust me that combination is very tricky I tried prescription strength retinol but it used to try out my skin so much I hated the peeling and the stinging sensation I used to get . I switched to a313 as per a friends recommendation and I swear this product is pure magic for my skin . I got all kind of lasers and chemical peels and god knows what not and this is the product that just changed my skincare game . My skin is softer , no texture , no peeling no burning. My acne has calmed down so much that I barely get one break out after a month . Try it and you’re gonna see the change within a month . But again it doesn’t work for everyone . It might not be very good Hugh strength anti-ageing product . But with acne , texture and pigmentation this stuff is really magical

    The vitamin A in 313 is Retinyl Palmitate, Dr Des Fernandes wrote a whole book about it and why he prefers it over tretinoin and how it even creates sunscreen in the skin (he said about SPF20). Surprising this UA-camr didn’t find Dr Des’ research, he is the pioneer of vitamin A use and research, brilliant man.

    Here in Ireland the postal service offers an addresspal service. This gives you a US address so you can buy products that don't normally ship to here. I've just ordered differin using this service. For anyone outside US perhaps check if there is a service that you can use too. I'm sure there are similar address pal services in other countries.

    This has made a huge difference to my hands. I mix it with my embyolisse moisturiser which helps the texture. Embryolisse is a wonderful sinple moisturiser which was the only thing that I could use on my skin during and after radiotherapy and chemo. I use my own experience to make a judgement and as not too many people have had three cancers so no amount of reading or listening to skin "experts" can be as imformative as actual experience.

      @@daffodilwanders4135 Hi! Started using A313 about 2 months ago. Started with 2 nigths a week, then 3, and so on, to let my skin adapt to retinol. They key to A313 I think is to apply it over dry skin. I usually wash my face and let it dry for 20 to 30 min before putting on A313. If you have serums you can layer them but let your skin dry 20 min at least before applying the cream.

    Loved this review! There are many dupes of A313 online. I've purchased it directly in France so the list of ingredients is different than what you would get in an online "French pharmacy" or Amazon. It was not over the counter, per se, ( I had to sign documents that stated that this was a medical-grade product.) The first evening I applied this to my skin I experienced an intense tingling sensation that quickly turned into a horrible burning sensation. It was so uncomfortable I had to wash my face to remove it-and even after washing my face, I could still feel it burning. I was shocked because I don't consider myself to have ultra-sensitive skin ( As a point of reference, I've used Retin-A 0.05 and hadn't experienced the degree of irritation I experienced with A313-not even when I first started Retin-A.) After some research, I tried A313 again but applying moisturizer first, and then A313 on top. It still felt quite uncomfortable, but not as much as the first evening. I had to apply it every other day to build tolerance, and the burning I felt (even with the moisturizer) faded entirely after days. In terms of results, peeling does occur, some dark spots I had faded, and it does make my skin look super supple and hydrated.

Funny thing, after 4 months of use of the .025%, my dermatologist renewed my prescription to .05% without me realizing it! Crazy, right? But it is working beautifully, no irritation whatsoever, just a tad of peeling. So I am cutting back to every other day for a few weeks until my skin gets acclimated.

    I can purchase the brand retin a cheap in the Phils with no prescription.
    Bought a whole years worth of product in 0.05%, my skin is tough not much irritation even with every night application, but for that whole year my skin is looking older and older. My skin looked dull, lifeless and dehydrated, even with multiple applications of suncreen a day. Bought a313 pommade, been using it for 6months now EVERY NIGHT and i have been coming to work with zero make up because i'm just glowing!

      Oluchi O i started using it every night because i was already using retin a every night too, i kind of just switched with a313. I wouldn't recommend it though if you're just starting. I never personally experiece the itchiness everyone is talking about, but everyone is different, u might want to start with every second night on a completely dry face

    • @Mexicobeanpole
      @Mexicobeanpole 5 років тому +4

      Retin A makes my skin look dull and lifeless too. It doesn’t peel because I use acids, but it just doesn’t make my skin improve. It just dries it out. I’m seriously thinking of trying the A313, I’m just worried about possibly buying a fake on Amazon.

    • @kerrywerner3530
      @kerrywerner3530 4 роки тому

      My experience also. I have used prescription strength Tretinoin for three years with no irritation ever. However my skin had become lifeless looking. I decided to give A313 (bought directly from the Avibon site) a try.
      My skin is alive again and glowing.
      I know it does not make sense given the medical research info however all skin is different and this has been my experience.

    Thank you Dr. Dray for your honest review. I have been on Tret for 5 years and I recently tried this...Theoretically this a313 should be significantly inferior to Tret. However, I started peeling the next day. I thought my skin is now fully retinized why would it do that?! However, I am keeping my eyes open. I alternate nights between this and my 0.5 Tretinoin. :)

    • @lemonz1769
      @lemonz1769 5 років тому +4

      I'd say peeling doesn't mean it's having the same effect as retinoic acid. Many things can make you peel. There are several esters in the A313 and at least one of them has a molecular structure that is too large to penetrate the skin. It may be having an exfoliating effect on the outer most layer of the skin.
