I remember watching the strongman swimming series and being inspired to swim harder during my own competitive season, and now that I’m on break watching this series I can’t wait to get in the water for each workout. Every time we’re doing long reps and I get tired or want to quit, I tell myself, “Zack, there’s a guy out there who almost swam between two islands and is currently swimming around Britain!” Nothing is impossible if you have the right mindset, and Ross, I know you have the right mindset for this. Keep up the good work, and know that you are an inspiration to athletes all around the world.

If you went a tip make sure that you reach through your stroke it take pressure off your shoulders and makes it a lot easier take it from me i have has three sets of shoulder injuries in the past 4 years and this has really made swimming A lot easier

Ross I'm taking part in the Coast 2 Coast Bike ride in a couple of weeks - 150 miles in one day from Lake District to Whitby. I thought 150 miles sounded a lot until I saw what you've been doing. Absolutely amazing and I can't even imagine the mental fortitude you have. I shall keep you in mind if I begin to struggle on Hardknott Pass. You're doing it one arm stroke at a time and I shall endeavour to do it one pedal stroke at a time - keep up this amazing effort.

Keep it up! I suffered neck chaffe recently and bought a specific neck protector from Amazon and it works perfectly. If you continue to struggle then look one up and get someone to boat it across to you
