  • Take 2! Making Burnt Sienna now. Same idea. This time I think I put in more pigment because the amount of gum arabic and honey was almost double what it was for the other pigments. I decided to try the new muller I just bought.... no clue if it needed it, the texture seemed pretty smooth but I gave it a whirl for about 5 minutes. Kind of hypnotizing if you ask me... all fun!!
Remember, I know NOTHING about this. I just wing it and I am taking you on the discovery journey with me.
I need to wait for the paint to dry and then I will see what consistency it has, if it cracked or not and if I like painting with it. I will do a few more colours of that same brand (which I still forgot to ask about!) and then I will swatch them and do a few fun painting tests.
    Products used:
Burnt Sienna Pigment (researching name of shop purchased from)
    Kama Pigments Gum Arabic solution
Norbees Honey (local bee keeper's honey extraordinaire!)
