Hey Chris. Thanks for the video. I really enjoyed this one. It felt like a video of old... I must agree, the Metalian trailers are exceptional. Personally I think they're the best trailer available in SA. Yes, they're small but they keep your camping and traveling honest (if you know what I mean), while still allowing you to pack a fair bit of stuff. Again, shot for the video.
Woohoo, another video dropped. Thank you for the comprehensice review of the trailer & for sharing details of the conservancy opportunities. Much needed protection. 🤙
Our last trip in the Conqueror before trading it on a Bush Lapa was to Kyleu with a river site. This was the only site available over a long weekend and got to do a bit of wild camping. The porta potty is NOT lekker! We were lucky enough to have a group of zebra walk right past our campsite which was a real treat. In fact we visited the brewery there today, the beer was great! Awesome show as always 👍
Hey Chris just subscribed now, I like your new vehicle. I just hope you are never going to spoil the Cruiser with a canopy, keep the trailer. Save travels.
In 2024, how much did some really expect to pay? Everything is expensive and a product from Bushwakka is built to last. Proper R&D, product research and development won't come cheap to the manufacturer, who has staff to pay and mouths to feed. I think the 175l water tank and the 5kg propane bottle speak of foresight. As for the two of us, sleeping behind a solid wall is essential. I love the attention to detail regarding the electrical setup. Does one get a howling hyena thrown into the deal for the right ambience? 😊 As, five decades ago, I also built trailers and off-road rally cars, I am proud of the wonderful trailers built very close to where I grew up. 😊
Hallo Christoff, eerstens dankie vir die mooie avontuur videos wat julle so mooi vertoon, ek sien julle kamp baie in die bosveld en ek wil net hoor of daar honde vriendelik kamp plekke al was waar julle al gekamp het, ons het nie kinders nie, maar wel vierpoot kinders😁
Great video Christo! I wrote a few months ago, asking what you thought of the Mercedes Sprinter 4x4. Think the message got lost. Would appreciate your opinion.
Looks like a great place to take a break. I remember from your Moretele video that you mentioned the noise from Hammanskraal and the N1. How does Kyleu compare in that regard? On maps I see it is smack in the middle of the reserve...is it far away from the N1 to enjoy total silence?
Lekker, lekker....greetings from Nowra [NSW, Aus]...thanks for sharing! Love your work, looking forward to your next vid!
Howzit, thank you!
This has to be one of those episodes I was shocked that it was finished so quickly. So much covered
That's amazing for a small trailer. As usual, very detailed review.
Thanks Doug!

Thanks! Yup, I really like Metalian, if I were to buy a trailer it would be one of these!
Great episode Chris:D Thank you mate
Thanks Vik!

Thanks Will!

Thanks Willem, it is getting something on the back, not exactly just a canopy though
Remember you from the time you spent with the crew with Tacoma's from the states . . . such a great dude!

Hi, dankie baie! Die enigste een wat ek van weet hier rond is Thabapaswa naby Mokopane (Potgietersrus)
Hey Chris. Please give as much detail on that tiny trailer. I’m tempted to get one but I was informed the axle is no good for rough roads.
Your best bet is to talk to Outdoor Campers. I believe Metalian is also working on a Genie-X which is even more rugged

Thanks Johan! Might have ended up in spam, will check! I like them but if you want to go more off-road I prefer the Iveco.
Thank you!
Magic........, and what a nifty little trailer 🤙
Thanks!!
Hi Chris how quiet was it? Can you hear and see Hamanskaar at night?
It’s usually okay, you can sometimes hear Hammanskraal over payday weekends
Looks like a great place to take a break.

Stunning place! You do sometimes hear music from Hammanskraal (mostly around pay day) but it’s quiet for the most part.
