    Have you thought about coming to Saint Louis that’s where I’m from and I been doing your workouts for about a couple of years now and I really enjoyed them. Before I stumbled across your UA-cam channel I weighed a hundred and eighty nine pounds and I couldn’t lose the weight for nothing now since I been doing your workouts now I weight a hundred and sixty eight pounds but my goal weight is a hundred and fifty pounds so I’m half way there tho and I’m not going stop once I reach my goal weight I’m keep exercising because it helps with my lower back. So just wanna say thank you for inspiring me.

    Breaking the fast at 2 230pm and 990 cal b4 7pm..
    How its going to work every.. weekend
    Breaking the fast at 12 1230 most food b4 630p 690 cals plus 200 cal stop growl snack. Gal of h20 starts at 7a finished b4 6pm.. weekends then days not busy.. something vitamin needed to exercise
