Have you thought about coming to Saint Louis that’s where I’m from and I been doing your workouts for about a couple of years now and I really enjoyed them. Before I stumbled across your UA-cam channel I weighed a hundred and eighty nine pounds and I couldn’t lose the weight for nothing now since I been doing your workouts now I weight a hundred and sixty eight pounds but my goal weight is a hundred and fifty pounds so I’m half way there tho and I’m not going stop once I reach my goal weight I’m keep exercising because it helps with my lower back. So just wanna say thank you for inspiring me.
