When you have curved pieces like that, go to a specialty lumber supplier and ask for 1/2" 'bending plywood'. The grains all go one direction, thus you can roll up the plywood like a towel. It's great stuff!

As usual, another great build! Can’t wait to see everything done. I’m sure it’s gonna look amazing like everything else! Keep up the good work!

That's awesome...your work and whatever made you choose that as a project. Haven't seen this before.

Redoing my cemetery display to the nightmare before Christmas. And im putting all the characters in it. And i figured having the mayor in his hearse would be a cool addition to it.

@MiroslavGarc94 i ended up selling it. But i remember making it 96" long, 60" tall, and 40" wide. Was made with 1/4 plywood. Used about two and a half sheets. Six 1x2s to help reinforce the plywood. A few small pieces of 2x4s for the bottom and nose area. 6" steel wheels and red bed sheets for the curtains.

great build as always man. What type of motor did you end up using for his head?

      Thank you,
It's just one of those low rpm motor you would find in those reindeer motor housing. You can get them on Amazon pretty cheap. I mounted it to the top of the pipe on the body i made. Took a small piece of wood to attach to the motor and just hot glue the lamp shade to it. But you can get adapters that go right on the motor, and you can use a washer and a screw. I just didn't have one of those.
