A great drill scotty mentioned was the "wall ball juggle" and this drill helps with hand eye coordination and helps you to develop those racoon eyes to see the ball 👍👍👍
Battle Ropes helps with arm strength and it helps you stay in a good stance if it’s done right also it helps you get good grip and keep your stick up through the entire game
I love the battle ropes because, goalie or not, the lighter your stick feels the more comfortable and controlled you're going to be. Plus, the wrist flexibility that you get out of it helps with control as well.
I think Scott’s battle rope drill would be very good for goalies and all other players, it’s great for strengthening arm strength and hand speed and that helps at all positions

One of the workouts was the "Wall Ball Juggle" Trying to keep your eyes on the ball and keep it consicent and fast. Cant wait to see you in Minneapolis this year!!
Anything that helps you stand tall and attack bounce shots is really important. Minor shrinkage in cage in order to be more athletic often gives away goals. Stand tall in practice. In younger leagues, practice with shin guards and shorts pads. Trains body to stay big and be okay with using your whole body to save. Also saw one goalie use tennis balls to be shot on and only use body or only use the shaft of a stick to stop the shots. Very useful tools... On another note, 4 wall handball should be your best friend. Helps coordination, body positioning and trains your eyes to be fast
Scott spike about the “battle ropes”... the rattle snake and drum workouts strengthen wrist and forearm muscles, translating to faster hand speed on the field!!!
4 Cones helps you with the foot work to get low and backup with power and quickness. Another good one that he did not say is when you get somebody behind you to throw the ball at a wall and you react quickly to that ball.
My goalie workout is close range tennis balls that I throw on one knee. Goalie has no stick and drives his hands to the ball. It trains hand speed on the initial stop of the ball.
The battle ropes, they will help you build strength in your wrists and fore arms, it will also help you with hand speed. It will make your stick feel light. You should definitely choose me Scotty is my favorite goalie as we both are left handed. Please choose me I learned a lot and have never won so definitely choose me.
