Creo Parametric - Reusing a Part and its Drawing

Hi Dave,
Is there a way to copy the part and its corresponding 2D drawing, but change the "start part" template for the new part? Trying to copy a part from an old start part template to a newer MBD start part template.

There is not. There are tools within ModelCHECK to change the standards used to make a model, but you can’t do it via copy.

Of course you can request it. Anyone can request anything on the Ideas board of PTC Community. The Creo Product Managers do read the requests.

Sir I have one doubt if we get assembly drawing we generate bom if add that same sheet assembly part balloon can't attach if any possibility to attach

If using creo template bom, add template in new assembly name? Old bom is likely obsolete. Then add 20 bulk parts...😆
