However, Onion is shown to be able to pick up and move items such as the car he through at the Crystal Gems. I believe that the body is similar to Auquamarine's wand because the two little rods jutting out from the body are implied to be the things that are doing the duplication.
Follow up maybe aquamarine is an era two gem and Pearl is so worried because she stole a prototype meant for a new gem similar to aquamarine. I know this is a bit more far fetched but eh.
She's probably a general of armies/strategist. She's known as a gem of good luck, fearlessness and protection, right? This must mean that she can bring it to other gems. Which means she is able to give others a sense of fearlessness, of being protected. It would make sense that the General / Strategist of Armies would be important to the diamonds as they can succeed in leading armies to victory with as little loss as possible (which could also imply good luck if no gems were lost.)
I feel like Aquamarine's "perfect memory" could come into play if Steven managed to convince the Diamonds that Rose is gone. As in, Aquamarine could "play back" the events of the war, if she had been there, and possibly convince Steven the Crystal Gems were wrong in what they did. He already has the confusion on why his mother had him or why he exists, so it probably wouldn't take much to make him break.
Aquamarine in "I am My Mom" taunts the Gems while threatening to kill stating that "her memory is perfect". I think that is her power- much like Saphire it has to do with time. But unlike Saphire, who can see future, Aquamarine can see past and either has perfect recollection of it, can see events she wasn't personally involved in, or both. Also if her power actually is good luck it would make for a very interesting sequence if Steven convinces her to help him with the escape as that would give the writers a free pass to use deus-ex machina, basically making for a very unrealistic escape explaining it by probability just "bending" in Aqua's favor.

Eh. I personally never would've Imagined Aquamarine to have been Lapidot. Lapidot would consist of darker blues and green/yellows - Turquoise fits that better, imo. Though it /is/ a bit more of a common term thanks to the color usage - it's a bit harder to come by in finer qualities. though there are still some other choices that could be considered.

You probably shouldn't underestimate a perfect memory, since that could also apply to combat experience. If that's true, then Aquamarine could train with Homeworld Pearls, Amethysts, Rubies/Garnets, etc., and memorize fighting styles and techniques, making her a significant threat in battle. Of course, this is assuming perfect memory is her hidden ability, which it's very possible that it isn't.

She has an amazing storage capacity, a trait that seems common among gems of blue diamonds court. Aquamarine probably serves as a storage unit of sorts and if we follow this to theories surrounding the possibility of moonstone (the new gem in the promo) we have two gems who are vital in assessing how gem society is doing. They would record information and Lapis would replay it.

i was thinking, i watched a video on aquamarines collecting information then i watched your lapis video and was thinking about how you thought that the gems might have had an experience with a lapis in a mirror but, had have never used one so they thought this lapis was an aquamarine because it seems like an aquamarine has a "PERFECT MEMORY" also lapis doesnt seem to remember homeworld so well ,so i was basically thinking that maybe they put the wrong gem in the mirror as of the similar (teardrop) gem shape it could have been easily misunderstood, so they trapped the wrong gem... but idk thats why i thought pearl said the mirror gem was broken. but was she ?

Okay, now this is an interesting one! I am not 100% sure this would turn out to be accurate, but the idea of a gem being extremely lucky is not out of the question. After all, they are still magic space rocks, and if some can see the future and use the elements better than the Avatar, then one that's purely able to twist fortune to their favor is perfectly reasonable! It would certainly inspire a reaction like we got from Pearl; hearing that there's an Aquamarine in play means that luck itself is working against them. Also, the mention of Pearls being associated with salt was great! XD
Possible, but usually abilities also are based on other abilities I theorise that Steven is a "spirit" user as he can astral project, lucid dream, basically override a consciousness in a body, heal, resurrect, and give consciousness (to plants at least) which would all be seen as very spiritual powers. Garnet can channel electricity which could be seen as distillation of ice and fire combined. She's also fiercely balanced in personality which could also have something to do with the *shocking* choice. The creator is known to be a fan of anime and such animations. Might be possible she became a fan of Avatar (as many of us have) and took from the balance needed to wield a powerful weapon such as electricity. Lapis with her water as well as acting as a mirror (or reflection) herself. There are even some interesting studies out there on how water may be able to record everything that happens to it/around it (as in individual drops). Freaky stuff to think about but thought I'd throw that in too. Peridot can manipulate metal which was related to her previous task as a technician and possible engineer. I've also played with the idea that the fingers on her limb enhancers are made of peridots and was unknowingly controlling them with her powers (meaning she has rock/metal abilities) which was easier to manipulate as it's her own gem. That she just never knew because she blindly believed everything Homeworld had said. However the Zoo episode causes me to question this as we see another pair of those fingers examine Steven (though a gem could be controlling them from nearby). Pearl has cloud/fog abilities it would seem based on the episodes she teaches Connie and Steven to fight...or maybe possibly mist? I'm not exactly sure what the relevance is here however possibly because pearls need to keep moist so they don't break? I'm not sure, that's the best I've got there xD Pearl is still a bit of a mystery. She does also have her holograms. Again, I'd be grasping at straws for this connection. Amethyst probably has extra durability and weapons because he's a warrior class (could be earth based). You basically explained all of Amethyst's abilities which could have an earthy connection in some ways. She could also just have these extra abilities and no manifesting elemental power because of how long she was in the ground for - because she's "over-cooked". Would love to hear your feedback on all of this ~
Also, we see Topaz is constantly fused most likely made to be a permafusion and has the ability to phase things in and out of her body. Even those are related o.o

I think her wand has the ability to defeat fusions in an easy way, she can use to help Topaz if she is in trouble ir defeat her if she rebel but she didnt cuz they re close

i was thinking, i watched a video on aquamarines collecting information then i watched your lapis video and was thinking about how you thought that the gems might have had an experience with a lapis in a mirror but, had have never used one so they thought this lapis was an aquamarine because it seems like an aquamarine has a "PERFECT MEMORY" also lapis doesnt seem to remember homeworld so well ,so i was basically thinking that maybe they put the wrong gem in the mirror as of the similar (teardrop) gem shape it could have been easily misunderstood, so they trapped the wrong gem... but idk thats why i thought pearl said the mirror gem was broken. but was she ?

I do think that the wand is her gem weapon, and that she just enjoys using it as a bow, and i also do think that she is just as good as lapis at controlling water but mostly just uses the power to fly. Maybe the power-plot-twist is that she can control water for like a kilometer,s distance or something

Okay, now this is an interesting one! I am not 100% sure this would turn out to be accurate, but the idea of a gem being extremely lucky is not out of the question. After all, they are still magic space rocks, and if some can see the future and use the elements better than the Avatar, then one that's purely able to twist fortune to their favor is perfectly reasonable! It would certainly inspire a reaction like we got from Pearl; hearing that there's an Aquamarine in play means that luck itself is working against them.

I theorise that Steven is a "spirit" user as he can astral project, lucid dream, basically override a consciousness in a body, heal, resurrect, and give consciousness (to plants at least) which would all be seen as very spiritual powers.
Garnet can channel electricity which could be seen as distillation of ice and fire combined. She's also fiercely balanced in personality which could also have something to do with the *shocking* choice. The creator is known to be a fan of anime and such animations. Might be possible she became a fan of Avatar (as many of us have) and took from the balance needed to wield a powerful weapon such as electricity.
Lapis with her water as well as acting as a mirror (or reflection) herself. There are even some interesting studies out there on how water may be able to record everything that happens to it/around it (as in individual drops). Freaky stuff to think about but thought I'd throw that in too.
Peridot can manipulate metal which was related to her previous task as a technician and possible engineer. I've also played with the idea that the fingers on her limb enhancers are made of peridots and was unknowingly controlling them with her powers (meaning she has rock/metal abilities) which was easier to manipulate as it's her own gem. That she just never knew because she blindly believed everything Homeworld had said. However the Zoo episode causes me to question this as we see another pair of those fingers examine Steven (though a gem could be controlling them from nearby).
Pearl has cloud/fog abilities it would seem based on the episodes she teaches Connie and Steven to fight...or maybe possibly mist? I'm not exactly sure what the relevance is here however possibly because pearls need to keep moist so they don't break? I'm not sure, that's the best I've got there xD Pearl is still a bit of a mystery. She does also have her holograms. Again, I'd be grasping at straws for this connection.
Amethyst probably has extra durability and weapons because he's a warrior class (could be earth based). You basically explained all of Amethyst's abilities which could have an earthy connection in some ways. She could also just have these extra abilities and no manifesting elemental power because of how long she was in the ground for - because she's "over-cooked".

Does anyone think if Lapis and Aquamarine would meet face to face, they'd have a fight? Possibly because Steven is missing and Lapis cares a ton for him, and once she finds out about Aqua taking him... Possibly a water fight? I feel like the Gems need Lapis to beat her anyway and it would be interesting to watch!! :D

There was also the part where Aquamarine was carelessly standing right in front of the crystal gems. When Pearl stabbed at her she just blocked it and flew away
