Epic has the only other IKEA in DFW, Andrettis and a soon to come Top Golf. Mansfield with its great school district, tons of new development and great communities like M3 ranch, South Pointe, Mira Lagos, Bowers ranch etc. I would suggest looking out that way as it’s really a mirror of those areas up North. Mansfield getting a production studio for major films, an outdoor area that will mirror the colony etc!

Mansfield is defiantly a great area. Many families move there because of the schools.
Oh yea Mansfield is known for its sports facilities ( Few YMCAs, Fieldhouse and rec centers)
