Hey! If you were feeling Deepnest was lacking in some way, you did actually miss something quite substantial in a previous video. Specifically, your video "WE FINALLY GOT THE LAMP!", at 36:52, in the bottom left corner.
Im back, here's my obligatory backseating: Experimenting with different charms and spells would help you a lot at this point. One charm you should avoid is heavy blow, you're just pushing enemies out of reach, lowering your DPS. The best charm you have right now is shaman stone, it significantly boosts the damage of your spells and increases their size. Lore: Herrah the Beast is the dreamer you just killed. She's hornet's mom, which is why she didn't directly help you kill the Beast (though she also didn't stop you)
One thing to remember about this game is that a lot of progression is difficulty gated and isn't blocked off. This game has been speedrun without glitches in 31 minutes, meaning you need very few upgrades to finish the game. All this to say: even if it's open to you doesn't mean you need to explore it. If a boss or area feels too hard, you should probably get upgrades before pushing yourself past the point of frustration.

Would you livestream? I'd watch
