This is genius. It's exactly like guitar tablature. I taught myself to play guitar 32 years ago on tablature and wished a technology existed like this for piano. Hao is a genius.
I see it and understand it, but I don't see the "genius" of it. It still needs to be twisted 90° to translate the keys to the notes. I have played the piano and organ and I just can't figure out what is so Earth shattering. It's very similar to the keyboards with keys that light up. Yes, it is like a piano roll, you're just the mechanical player. If it works for you, fine; I just don't see it.
