Ciera Jones: Keeping Girls in the Game 2024 Honoree

We are pleased to announce Ciera Jones as our first Keeping Girls in the Game award honoree. Ciera, who is a girls LEAD softball coach and coordinator for Friends of Baseball, recently was named one of 10 national winners of the Positive Coaching Alliance Coach of the Year award. She was selected from nearly 500 nominated coaches and was the only coach from Oregon to receive a regional Coach of the Year award. Under her leadership, participants in the girls LEAD softball program are taught fundamental softball skills in a fun and engaging way.
