It’s my second time going to Seoul from Busan and it’s a pretty short escape. Finals were around the corner but Jen and I thought, we had to make the most out of the last national holiday in Korea this term (June 6)! Therefore, this trip might seem spontaneous, contrary to my usual super-planned trip, and I enjoyed it so much! Trips where itineraries aren’t specified to move around touristy places are lots more chill and I learned to embrace more time with the people I spend with. A reminder that a short catch-up is also a PACKED activity worth your time with your friend. I also found my love for cafe hopping since my friends who stayed in Korea brought me to cute cafes, especially in Seongsu. And, oh, how I love Seoul Forest (서울숲)! Shout out to Marsya and Shiang who took me to places that hold dear in my heart, as well as sparing time to meet me. Also to Jen who made this short getaway happen!
