Manta Ray Night Snorkeling ~ Kona, Hawaii ~ Kona Snorkel Trips 2024

It's not often I go on a snorkeling excursion trip, but the Manta Ray Night snorkeling trip is the #1 thing to do on Hawaii Island, so with family visiting we hopped on a boat and cruised up to Makako Bay, right in front of the Kona airport. This was a stellar night viewing manta rays from the surface. So much feeding behavior and all the barrel rolls, loops, and swirls kept our heads on a swivel the whole time while watching these graceful gentle giants!
