That interviewing your anger is golden. The questions that we’re given and even what to add to the soil once we find something …was amazing. Thank you for this. ❤️❤️

2:59 that part. We just want someone to hear us. We wanna talk about something that nobody else does and feeling unheard is enough to drive someone to complain about literally anything else. 🙃

    Great episode!
Dr. Joel, no apologies needed. You typically have the least speaking time for most episodes, but all your inputs are solid gold!

This is so good! Thank you so much from someone who has been desperate to seek counseling but does not feel comfortable because I can’t find the right counselor. This is a true blessing Lisa!

Such good timing. So good. Really appreciate what you are doing to enrich the body of Christ. Your story Lysa is a testimony to us all and your tears have watered these seeds that are bringing fruit in our lives. Thank you❤

This spoke deeply to my heart.
The hurt and frustration from another leaves such unforgiveness. But to really grasp that I’m just the victim of their jealousy. This allows me to see that person with different eyes and for what they can’t see. BUT GOD…will use this for His good plan. Thank you all for speaking such TRUTH!

It’s like I have exploded after holding his sin in my heart for so many years. I don’t even recognize myself with my words of rage. It’s as if a wound was ripped open and there is nothing but gangrene. Please pray for me.

Do you have anything for toxic parents? I’m %100 sure my mom is a narcissist. I’ve denied it for years because I love her. I’ve healed from a lot of the trauma she’s called. I’ve always felt like I can’t talk to her about any of my emotions or wounds against her because she spins it around and make me feel bad for making her feel bad because she now thinks she’s a horrible parent 😩

Don’t you think Joseph forgave them before the banquet because he couldn’t be carrying the sin of unforgiveness all that time?

This is true. I have found out living in USA with American husband that people in Western countries make small things big. Lot of pride and selfishness is in western society.

Yes, much truth to it. I think it is based on culture that is very much new to the world and in the stage of infancy to the world. Humbleness comes with age....and much afflictions, that America has not experienced yet as opposed to other nations

Yes, as an American, I didn't realize how blessed we are as a nation, until I went thru cancer treatments (alone). We take so much for granted. While going thru cancer treatments, I was seeing a therapist here in America. The therapist was from another country where his mother was battling cancer, but in their country, she couldn't even get a cat scan. I am so grateful & blessed. I lost my husband/bf from divorce, lost my new home, my 16 yr career ended in merger, my mother passed (cancer). Shortly after those losses, I was a single mom, working 2 jobs. My only child, became my 18 yr old prodigal child. I was diagnosed with breast cancer, dbl mastectomy, 9 mos chemo, radiation, 21 surgeries from chemo damage. Lost everything. My pastor reminded me to read Job. I haven't seen my married daughter or my 3 grandchildren. My prodigal daughter will be 38 soon. I'm still trusting God to restore everything the enemy has taken from me. (Going thru cancer treatments alone, I ate saltine crackers for 6 days bcuz I had nobody to feed me. I praise God everyday that HE gives me life!! So I will honor & praise Him thru the storms of life. The enemy is always at work, but God is in Control!! Jesus suffered far worse than what any of us has suffered.....so that we may have life abundantly with Him in Heaven. 🙏 😊
