The phone idea was such a cool extra addition and I loved that opening chase, especially when they just drove in reverse for a decent amount of time, great driving not to crash for as long as they did.

A lot of the reason we don't use grapplers or starchase is because the civs are usually outnumbered by units and we have air one @@King_KBL121

On question.. why did you let her go? Once the hostage was secure you could have just stayed there and arrested Kim? I might be missing something..
keeps the RP going, arresting wouldn't have given them a shootout. Too many scenes get shut down before a civ gets to have some fun with a gun, it was their first time doing one too we found out later.

leo question if itsw raining and a suspect is wet wouldnt it be advised to not tase a person due to them being wet? or is that just if there standing in water ?
It doesn't matter, wet, standing in water, swimming in a pool. Well, maybe not the pool unless you like to get ripped a new one when the suspect tenses up and can't swim, causing a large amount of water to enter the lungs. The only thing a taser does, is create a controlled electrical differential between the two probes. Energy only wants to flow between those two probes and the initial voltage is high enough to break the skin barrier wet or dry, but once contact is made the drive voltage and current are limited to the pre-programmed limit.
@@2009dudeman I was always told not to tase someone who’s wet as it would elttricute them ? That’s just from being in various five m communities
@@Imjustme742 Tasing someone IS shocking them. Dry or wet, it's using electricity to shock a person and cause muscle spasms that result in loss of fine and gross motor control while also causing a lot of pain. You can be dry in the desert and if the taser prongs hit skin, or even just touch skin, the high voltage arc will jump to your skin and travel through your water filled body to the other taser prong.
Being wet only means a taser brushing up against skin is more effective than if you were dry, and in some cases could result in the taser being effective even just in contact with clothing where it would otherwise be ineffectual.
You have to understand how a taser works. It's shooting a small metal barbed spear into your body, through your skin, and hopefully directly into your muscle tissue where it will deliver electrical impulses directly to muscles and nerves. Water on the skin isn't going to make a big difference.

Jeff himself actually made a post under the community tab here on his youtube channel around a year ago, were he talked about that he wanted to retire the FivePD series here on his channel.
So I'm not sure that it actually will return again 🙂
