    That dude can play ball. I remember watching him play for duke one game and he put up like 40 and tore shit up and I have remembered him ever since. He’s in his young 20s but is very mature and very smart on the court.

    • @kronpineda7311
      @kronpineda7311 6 років тому +36

      Celtics are built defensively. Warriors are not as invincible as the mainstream media and fans think. Their weakness is a team that is a beast on defense. If you watch the first meeting of GSW vs Celtics last season, you will see that the Celtics controlled the pace of the game and their defense were second to none. In a game where the score is less than a hundred, I will pick Boston all day. People can sleep on the Celtics and say GSW has 5 all star starters and blah blah blah but they will soon wake up when the C's raise another banner.

    Tatum is an interesting talent, he shoots his shots like Kobe or Paul pierce but he's got the body and athleticism of Paul George. I could honestly see him being next up, been watching this dude play in Pro Am and 1v1's vs other NBA Players and most of his shots are so incredibly hard to guard. Seeing as he's only a rookie i wanna see where this kid is at in the next 2 years, his mentality and work ethic are excellent as well. Think this kid is gonna turn into something special, can't wait

      Billy Jr Iverson broke Jordan. Did he ever win a ring? Kobe got shot on multiple times by Curry and even praised him for it. Is he even close to top 3 of all time? Sure, the Celtics put up a good fight, but what matters is the win. Nothing else. LeBron has been dunked on plenty of times.

    Jason Tatum is so smooth you don't even realize how explosive he is. Very few people have ever dunked on a mt rushmore player like Lebron for a reason. The sky is the limit for this kid, and he will put us in serious contention with the warriors in the next 2 or 3 years. Lebron left the east because the cavs couldn't ever beat us again

    Whenever these guys play in the open gym games u can tell that they are clearly better and most times they are coasting and trying to flat out dominate because they are already so much better. They get hacked they block everything even if they aren’t the defenders in the league normally the pass way more usual

      I love nick but I dont like you - Giannis has the hype and the size. I'm not sure he has anything beyond he's next stage of human life type of athleticism. Tatum' s game is going to get better the longer he's playing. Giannis won't, at a certain point he'll start to lose his athleticism and decline. Tatum' s game isn't like that. So he'll be dominating far longer than Giannis.
      Though until that point, I agree with you.

    I know this is a pro am scrimmage or whatever and we all know J Tatum is an elite scorer but I believe his next step in becoming great is becoming an elite defender and being more engaged in the defensive end he has the height and wingspan to change the games in both ends like KD has recently become

    • @starling9373
      @starling9373 6 років тому

      Bottled Water Agree to disagree but I believe KD stepped up and was more engaged on the defensive end once he got to golden state, just my thoughts

    Overheard in Cavs locker room after Game 7:
    “He got me,” LeBron said of Tatum's dunk over him. "That f***ing Tatum boomed me."
    LeBron added, “He’s so good,” repeating it four times.
    LeBron then said he wanted to add Tatum to the list of players he works out with this summer.
