The LAST Carnival Show Train in the World arrives in Hamburg, New York for the start of the Erie County Fair. August 1, 2024. Strates Family Members and Erie County Fair CEO Jessica Underberg on the front end of Buffalo Southern Railroad #4212. The locomotive, built in 1965 and debuting its brand-new paint today, has the distinction of pulling the LAST carnival show train in history.
