64 minute half is going to go crazy. I am excited to see how you train for shorter distances because I get lost when I’m training for anything sub-half marathon due to my lack of high school/college running experience.
Lets go my man! Videos edit getting real good now. Hope more good things comes your way 2025! Your contents is what I related to most nowadays. Hustling those miles with working as engineer. Best of luck with the OTQ long plans!
good luck man; really is difficult to fight the urge to run another marathon super quick! I also struggle with foot speed, but for me it's been ever since transitioning to longer road races. I will be preparing for the El Paso Half Marathon in late February, really emphasizing shorter track intervals. wish me luck for under 1:08:00 so I can get sub-elite for the Eugene Marathon in late April...
@ Wow I didn't think you could run 2:18 while being that slow, relatively. I'm curious, are you personally just not into speed stuff so you rely on endurance, or is that common for marathoners? Finally, why doesn't Daniel post on UA-cam? I wanna see your stuff Daniel! Thx for educating
Favorite UA-cam channel. Go Charlie!
Let's go Charlie, can't wait for all the videos on this journey
Excellent video. How long did it take you to grow that mustache? It looks very nice and masculine.

@WheeJones he’s run 3:46 in the 1500, and was the 1200 leg on JHU’s 2nd place nationals DMR. I’d get smoked
