- How to Disable SHOW Taps while Screen Recording
Step by Step tutorial on how to remove unnecessary white "circles" on your video by recording through Screen Record Feature of your android smartphone
TAKE NOTE!
You need to Disable 'Show Taps' from developers option every time you start a screen record. If show taps is disable during screen record, enable and then disable it again to remove or to hidden taps during screen record.

Why use this method if there are apps to screen record without showing taps?
-Most Application compresses the Video file size. Compressed Sized Compressed Quality.

Fellas it works I am grateful and btw to the people who can't find your build number and developer option just type in the search bar of your settings build number then it would open up and just press the build number 7 times and you would be able to go to developer mode and then search developer options and then boom follow the steps but remember to turn off developer options after or else rip your phone battery it would go down fast when your gaming.

in my case i start the sreen recording while streaming on something but the phone start to lag and the pannel of the screen recording is gone but that white dot is still there and the video that i capture is no longer in my gallery, in short the video doesn't save on my gallery, i tried to restart it but the white dot is still there. did someone hack my phone or my phone has a virus or its just bugged?. please help

Hey i have this annoying white dot still in my phone even tho im not using screen record its because when i screen recorded on my game and then clicked stop recording it didn't show the notif that its saved in my gallery and the white dot is still here in my phone help me please 😭😭
You can turn it off by going to the settings and find the developers option. Scroll it down until you see the INPUT > Show tap. Disable it. I hope this will help.

I was screen recording something and I paused it and there was a notification that it was paused. Now it's gone I didn't click on anything or do something, but the pointer thing is still working although I'm not screen recording or anything.
Has my phone been hacked ??? It should only work when I screen record
I've restarted and powered off my phone but it's still there and the setting shows it's turned off

I found the show taps but it’s already disabled. I tried turning it on and off but I still have assistive touch when I screen rec >:[
try that method after you start the screen record., It may include it in your video but you can trim it anyway.
start record then turn ON an OFF show taps.

Its a default for all android phone when you start a screen record. But if you want that you can enable it all the time even if you are not screen recording by enabling it from developer option. 😊
