I've watched many "how to sell your art" type videos lately and I can safely say the notion of (and being mindful of) selling your art as a "problem solving solution" is pure gold. Thanks for sharing 👍👍
Great explanation, I've heard other variants of this and have been working on this but part of it still felt blurry. The way you explained this is so clear and to the point, that it just got so much simpler! Maybe we sometimes need to hear the same message presented differently by different people to really intergrate certain things, but also, the fact it's about art, your message is right on point for me, thank you!
Hi Maryse yes I think sometimes it’s timing, both when we’re ready to for it but also when it’s delivered in a way that makes sense to us. Glad it helped x
Amanda, my daughter create art but in Pakistan, there is hard to find people who love the passion and can buy th product in suitable price. I can share her work to sell through your platform.
Hi, if she has a website and learns how to sell internationally then she won’t need to rely on a local audience. Watch my Masterclass if you/she would like my help with that 👍
I don’t think questioning customers means anything. Everyone’s different. 12 people will give different replies about the same art piece and why they like it or don’t like it. Do what you love. Someone out there will like it.
No one comments on my posts and only family and friends see them. Very few other ever see what I post. Instagram won’t show my posts because I’ve gone so long with rarely posting .
How did it go from ' What if I haven't got an audience at 3.07' , to talking about ' past buyers' ? This is what confuses me. Unless you have the audience and now where to find it , then the rest dosn't apply sorry.
If you have the audience you survey them to look for common threads. If you don’t have the audience you need to look at and poll your biggest fans, research competitors etc. The important thing is to dig deep in your ‘why’ as an artist and what your art will help people feel. Talk about that and you’ll naturally attract those who want/love the same
Having your audience and knowing where to find an audience you don’t yet have are different. Have your audience - great….then talk to them. Don’t have an audience yet? Then go where you think your ideal audience are and talk about your art, what inspired it etc.
Yes I know thanks, that’s why I have included captions to hopefully make it easier. However did you know that if you click the settings icon in the top right of the video you can add your own captions, slow down the speed or change the language. Hope that helps 😊
Hi Amanda, I find this so helpful, thank you so much for sharing. There is a question that worries me, what do you do with NFT buyers, I get a few requests every now and then through messenger in Instagram. I have my items for sale in my website and I advertise them to be accessed through my website. This NFT is a concern to me, specially the way they contact me! Any advise you could give me, will be very appreciated. Thank you.

Try posting consistently using 'hacks' such as trending audio in your posts. Reels are more successful than static posts x

You talk very quickly, not everyone is American or English. 😁

Hi Michelle I’m glad you enjoyed it! Sadly a lot of the time the NFT requests are scammers. I’d totally ignore them.
@@amandaheathart Thank you so much for the advise, that was my thoughts too but wasn't completely sure. thanks💕
@@michellenwhiteartist you’re not the only one, it happens daily. They’re such a pain in the backside 🙄 x
