You can do bunker bravo 3 times with this event. The way to do this is to open the bunker bravo around 36-40 hrs before the event starts. Then you can do the first run as soon as the event begins. Few hrs later it should reset then you do it again. Then 2 days later it reset and you can do it a third time few hrs before event ends.

I got to reach lvl70 and bought 21 puppies so I'm happy with the event

as a f2p, i has 10 transmissions but not the 16 atv wheels 💀
is that even possible?

for the wheels you need to raid bases, sometimes they will have between 0-4

As the other commentor said, base raids are the way to go. Not surprised by this either as the ATV wheels use to be everywhere but now are quite rare.
