That's another one I'm not familiar with. Thanx for pointing it out. To that point most people wouldn't realize what I did is that they were playing music from the old Twin Peaks TV series soundtrack on the Gemini Midway Friday afternoon or that the Butchers of Rock fake tour dates on the banners there includes Twin Peaks. They played the main title theme in Hotel Breakers a couple HalloWeekends ago which is pretty cool. But yeah even a show like Wake the Dead uses some songs most people wouldn't be familiar with like Cell Block Tango from Chicago. And that Butchers of Rock isn't a real band. It's one that Cedar Point put together like all of their other non-'Bands in Residence' bands in order to theme the area. Thanx for watching and the comment!
I like whoever plays Mr. Midnight, he really gets into it and clearly has fun. The actress playing Eve is campy, and seems like an Elvira wannabe in some ways. I mean that as a compliment to the character, for clarity
My kids are convinced that Mr. Midnight is the same actor as played Hanlon on Forbidden Frontier (which we miss). We're big fans of the Mr. Midnight character and hope he sticks around.
Wasn't as big a fan of this one by comparison. Last year felt intense, like the people in the crowd who fell under Midnight's curse. Eve... sorta made things feel silly, by comparison. It was entertaining, but was a big downgrade in it's production.
yeah it seems like they went for a more family-oriented approach. It made one person I talked to less scared of the Screamsters interestingly enough. They seem to downplay them a bit. Mr. Midnight seems more expressive. Somewhere in between last seasons. People seem to like the character. I haven't been thru the Mr. Midnight themed house yet. They're all good actors and dancers (and hooded robes are from The Shrieks and Midnight Syndicate's show).
It looks like Mr. Midnight has met match huh?!
Guess what the music is from it is from dance with the vampires
vanny and glitchtrap?????
