- Traveling India: Jaipur, the Pink City. Aloha my loves! Happy Indian Independence Day! (August 15th) A little late posting the vid, been difficult finding a solid wifi connection during our travels this week. We spent a few days in Jaipur, eating awesome food, visiting friends, exploring the Amber Fort, shopping bazaars and the mall for local makeup brands... Hello Lakme! A gorgeous Indian Makeup brand! Haul video coming soon.
xoxo,
Christine
Music: Sanskrit (iMovie)
Jaipur is probably India’s only city that is worthy of being called a city. Beautiful and clean, looks far different from the rest of India
You will be always welcomed here buddy

Most places we've felt pretty safe but there have been a couple of occasions where we got an uneasy feeling and made an effort to get out of the area. Certain parts of Delhi and Saigon in Vietnam.
I'm so happy when I see a new video from you two!! Wish they were longer, can't get enough!! Have fun!
Christine, glad to see you posting... I feel silly, but I admit I get nervous when you don't upload! It looks like you all are seeing some amazing sights (and having spectacular food!) Look forward to seeing the little haul you have ;)
If I can do it... anyone can, that is if they're willing to budget and make certain sacrifices. I should do a separate video on this but basically we saved for over a year, cut out all unnecessary bills, sold off and minimized our belongings, put everything in storage and planned the trip during our slowest time of year (Summer) so we wouldn't miss much work. It can be done, promise! ;)
I love your attitude. You two look really chill and not at all condescending towards the new cultures you encounter.
watching your travels has been a joy!! you give a real FEEL for where your at!.. be safe!!! hugs shelly
Thanks for taking the time to vlog during your travels. I SO enjoy them!! Stay safe!
Loving your videos ! My four yr old enjoyed watching all the elephants n animals thru the video ! What n amazing journey ! Thanx for sharing !
I remember my aunt always told me "people do what they want to do". So, I do believe whatever your situation -- if (as Christine says) traveling the world is your dream -- you can make it happen. Christine and Michael -- thanks so much for bringing us along..........its been a real pleasure watching your videos. You are an amazing couple. Love you both.
I LOVE following your travels! Can't wait so see what's next :-)
Thanks for making all these videos for us..It's been exciting to see places I would not see otherwise! Safe travels home!
hahaha, I LOVE how you focus in on the animals and make hilarious remarks about what they may be eating...chewing gum was funny as well as the peanut butter remark in the last video! please continu eto include the animals lol.
It's nice to see all the fans for Christine, Michael had a goat to keep him company lol. Love the running commentary with all the animals walking around enjoying their day. I wonder who feeds the animals, some of them looked so skinny. Train sleepers looked pretty cool and what amazing architecture. Some of the structures looked like elephants. If I wasn't such a chicken I would enjoy visiting this area of the world. Love love love the bizarres:)♥
jaipur rajasthan--seems clean and historic..and beautiful--i sooo love it there!!!..GODBLESS u for this..thanks!

Hi there!
I was also wondering if it would be possible to use some of this footage in a PPT presentation? It also would not be made at all public, but would be a great help! All the best. Chris
So true, readers feeling very much involved though. Even me. Waiting for your video on your opinion about the trip as a whole how to manage to stay in shape with this kind of temperature without feeling wanting to sleep all the time, your preparation, stay on your budget, changing plans, unexpected dangerious situations , bargaining, gathering travel information, planning the trip, dealing with culture shock and language barrier.
Absolutely!!! Even small children are resilient to travel if you raise them that way.We did Borneo jungle tracking when my son was 4 and many more exotic trips after.Even when my daughter was born did not stop us from traveling. If it is your dream you make it happen.
Oh yes, deciding how long to travel certainly depends on the individuals priorities and when to go depends on whatever situations they have going on in their life. If I could only give one travel tip it's this; I want people to know, if traveling the world is their life-long dream, they can make it happen. :)
What a fantastic life you are having I really admire it. Thanks for sharing
I've enjoyed the travel videos so much... Thank you for *taking us along*... Be safe, and

Hey, I've been travelling India back in October 2013 and I'm making a film about it too :) What software did you use to create the travelling route animation at 0:14? I'd love to create some for my video as well.
Beautiful city, thanks!
