National Guard's Forever Wars

Nearly half of the troops deployed overseas for America's longest wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were from its National Guard and Reserves. The wars are finally over , but the debate begins over how extensively they can and should be used in future undeclared wars .PBS NewsHour Special Correspondent Mike Cerre reports.
