  • Lasagna sheets are not easily available everywhere, so i made it easy with bread. To make it more healthy you can use Wheat or Multigrain Bread.
    I have used sendha namak, which is good for health.

    Ingredients :
    White Sauce:
    2 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp all purpose flour
    2 cup milk
    1 Tbsp black pepper powder
    Salt to taste
    Red Sauce:
    3 boiled tomatoes
    2 Tbsp butter
    3 Tbsp sugar
    3 Tbsp ketchup
    2 Tbsp red chilly sauce
    Salt to taste
    Vegetable Mixer:
    1 1/2 Tbsp Ginger paste (dry ginger powder)
    1 Tbsp oregano
    1 Tbsp red chilli flakes
    1 cup capcicum
    1/2 cup french beans
    1 cup boiled corn
    1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
    Salt to taste
    Assembling:
    Mould to bake
    6 bread slices
    Grated cheese
    Chopped Coriander leaves
