Hello Mrs. Catherine, I made this for my family. I added a bit more of everything because of the size of my summer squashes and because it will feed my family of 5... I also added some canned jalapenos to give it more of a kick! Along with some cooked cut up chicken breasts. Turned out really tastey! Love your recipes!!!😍😋

Yummmmmm, I love squash anything. My favorite is sauteing yellow squash with onion and stirring in some sour cream after its cooked. Easy and so delicious.

I use to mk stuffed zuccini and Italian zucchini pie w cresent roll bottom soften zucchini and onions a little add mozz cheese BK yummy

I made my zucchini boats u fried some Italian sausage the bulk kind mixed bread crumbs onion and spices w shredded mozzarella BK put a little marinara sauce in top w more mozz
