“Make films with friends, because film is alchemy".

We caught up with director Mansi Maheshwari and producer Ashionye Ogene at the Cannes world premiere of their animated short film BUNNYHOOD (2024). A graduate project from the National Film and Television School, the film was inspired by a true story from Mansi's childhood and won third prize in the prestigious La Cinef competition. The secret of their school project - apart from talent - can be summed up in one word: friendship.
