Wraith can teleport from its room to a player anywhere in the map and it gives off EMF2 when it teleports. That is why you got the random EMF2 at the start when you were nowhere near the ghost room. That was not a ghost orb and I think it was just a glitched particle. Ghost orbs don't travel straight down fast like that; they are slower and float sideways and upwards.
