Prepare 4 to 6millions of Euros fir the restoration works in a country that have a high taxes regime firstly.
Secondly, if the workers comes to work today, tomorrow they will be on strikes 😅.
Then if you succeed in this endeavour, when one day you will sell it,the government take 45 to 50% of the whole sales price as taxes 👍.
Instead invest in agriculture farms, almond. Invest in Spain,.
