Love the concept of supporting Filipino local small business/restaurants (karinderia) and tipping the employees. You sound like a local too! It’s just so impressive to me.
I’m impressed with what you’ve been doing with and for the local Filipino community food hubs. Take probiotics and eat more veggies and fruits when you are not filming to strengthen your gut and immune system so that you don’t get stomach trouble from some of the food. And your Tagalog is pretty good to begin with and it’s even getting better each vlog! Please don’t feed the dogs and cats human food that has onions and or garlic in it because they are toxic for them. It damages their liver and kidneys. I know you wouldn’t do this like I’ve seen some Filipino vlogger, don’t feed fish bones “tinik” or chicken bones “buto” too. The bones can get stuck and puncture their esophagus and guts and cause severe infection then slow death. Thank you for your love for Filipino food and speaking Tagalog! God bless you Kurt! Have a great time in the Philippines!
You know what kuya kurt? You should enjoy the filipino food that is most famous in different places once a month. For you to know they're reallu delicious ang not just in local carinderia food. Because thats just common in filipino food. Like the sisig you eat today, the origin of that sisig is in pampanga named ALING LUCING SISIG. Its just a suggestion atleast once a month.. you take care always kurt im one of your subscriber and follower..
That was a spot on, Kurt when you said you can’t grow plants in Utah, as we can’t grow any plants here in Illinois too due to the extremely cold Winter. We absolutely failed on our desperate attempt to grow a lemon tree here. It died after several months of nurturing it. Totally disappointing! Growing up in the Philippines, we had lots of fruit-bearing trees in our garden and front yard. We had lemon tree, mango tree, jackfruit and star apple (caimito), we also had those Filipino fragrant flowers in our front yard, the ylang-ylang tree, sampaguita and dama-de-noche. We love the dama-de-noche, as it blooms and gives off a strong sweet fragrance at night. The narrow streets there in Mandaluyong, looks a lot like the streets in Quezon City where we grew up and it brings so much good old memories. Maraming salamat for this video, Kurt. It takes us back to our roots. Nakaka-miss talaga ang Pilipinas!

Caffeine is not the problem. Mountain Dew doesn't have that much caffeine to begin with anyway. It's the amount of sugar that you should be worried about, and sugar is bad for high blood pressure even if you didn't have diabetes.
@@Indievors Mountain Dew contains 113mg of caffeine per 20 fl oz. while Red Bull energy drink has 80mg of caffeine per 8.4 fl oz. It’s quite a lot of caffeine. For a healthy individual it’s not too much concerning, but for a person with hypertension/highblood pressure it could be quite alarming.
