I've really enjoyed watching your videos. I stood on what would become the Pitchers Mound for Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles, California, in 1963, my Irish grandmother lived on Solano, now Academy Road, in Chavez Ravine, I could hear the crowds roar, my Dad would go off to the game and leave my brothers and I with my Grandma. I would go to sleep hearing that cheering. I knew when we were winning. Now I'm back with my cards, last game I saw was against the Nationals last year when they were here for their series of games, great seats, we won! I drove by my Grandmother's home built by my Grandfather as her wedding gift, built in 1908! (Just three minutes away) I continue on with the tradition. I gave up collecting in 1998, back in it more than ever! Thank you for giving me that push I needed. Love watching!
I just got 4 boxes of the series 2, so excited to see what is in them! I received the boxes for 4.99, though retail is 9.99.

Me and my wife saw David Copperfield in 2012. He was amazing. There is soooo much to do in Vegas. Ride the monorail, Concerts galore, comedy shows, Cirque de Soleil, Go Carts, Zip line ride, Roller coasters, etc, etc. Lots to do! Swim at your hotel pool or go to waterpark.

You should rename some of your "Throwback Thursdays" to "Mega AARP Breaks!" Ones where you've got to be at least 50 to comment on in detail! I alluded in one of your chats breaking down almost 650 rack boxes (with help from friends) of 1988 Topps Baseball to get 800-count lots of every card variations not included.
All four sports, and everything from dreck to "are you kidding me?" If you ever want to learn more, I'd love to give some viewers a perspective from a different era.
I also recently got back into collecting cards, I am a Football and Baseball fan of the hobby so I have been jumping back and fourth Between sports when buying hanger boxes.
The funny thing is that the Cutch short print from the very first box is currently the most valuable card lol It won't last long, but people love that card right now and it's selling for over $100.
Bought myself a hobby jumbo box from my lcs and found a micheal Baez RC auto black /199 and a hunter Harvey RC auto from the bonus silver pack. Nothing else too crazy but love this set!
Also in vegas Erik, Go to the top of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel, at nite, and watch the fountain water show at the Bellagio! Very cool. I have a nice video of the last show of the nite (Just before midnite). I want to go back because we didn't stay long enough to do that much. Get tickets to EVERYTHING weeks ahead of time.

Little late on viewing this video but I wanted to chime in and let you know that a 2 weeks ago I stopped at my local Walgreens picked up the only 2 hanger boxes of topps series 2 and pulled the gold border Luis Robert RC, that is already on it’s way to GMA Grading
SSP Luis is being sold on Ebay for 1500.00$$$$..

Other than getting L. Robert and maybe whatever other 1 or 2 rookies might be of some value to resell, these baseball products are so utterly boring to the core. Inserts are dumb parallels, variations and same old guys in every product. Autographs are fine, but again, same guys in every product. That's why products like Goodwin Champions and Allen & Ginter are so much more interesting than stuff like this with their variety of non-baseball inclusions each year, oddball cards and creative higher end inserts and hits. The 'weirdo' stuff is just better these days than the standard sport releases unless you're only looking to flip Robert, Lux, Zion and Ja cards.

Erik I believe you are head over heels in LOVE! You really give Heather alot of Praise whenever you can. Too much Heather talk. Need more of your baseball knowledge about the players and the upcoming short season. Nothing against Heather, I'm sure she's very nice but come on man.

Why aren't Nolan Arenado cards worth much than they are? This guy has 7 Gold Gloves, 30+ HRs every year, 100 RBI, All Star every year. He plays a tough position at 3rd base, and makes it look easy. Lowest number of errors per chances in a long time. What's up with that? His rookie year was same as Trout. Nolan is about as good as Trout. Nolan has a better lifetime batting average I believe. Can someone tell me what is going on with his cards. Thanks
