- Flu Bomb Shot Recipe**
1 Clove of Garlic peeled then grated, pressed or minced - let garlic oxidize for 10 minutes before drinking/eating
1 small thumb of Ginger grated - about 1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon
1 lemon
1T Honey
1/4 t cayenne
1/4 t turmeric
Freshly ground pepper
1 Warm water
Combine together and chug away.
**you can increase or decrease amounts as you see fit.

I made a similar version today. My son has Flu A, as of last night. I drank one just to see. They don't taste bad. I threw everything in the blender and made enough to keep in the fridge and use several days. I pray this helps cuz he's a whiney sick man- like most men. Thank you for sharing this! I added a few extra things. Hoping it doesn't upset his belly😮
I had Flu A for my birthday this year. It is absolutely the worst - worse than covid for me. Feel terribly for him. I hope this helps him too.
@Floppycats the crazy thing- he had covid a month ago. I've got to strengthen his immune system. He's married so I told his wife she's going to have to push him to take anything I whip up. 😄

1st Time I Did The "Flu Bomb" It Tasted Like I Threw-up In My Mouth🤢.. Now, instead of water I use cranberry juice and chug it down. I also take the honey on a spoon then drink... Whatever it takes to get the ingredients down without throwing it up!😅 It does work!
